This adapter enables users to add a PCIe NVMe solid-state drive to their desktop for optimal transfer performance through PCIe x4, x8, or x16 slots. It supports PCIe-based M Key NVMe SSDs only and requires checking motherboard specifications for NVMe boot compatibility.
