  • High Quality - Tile levelers made from semi-crystalline thermoplastic with high impact resistance, and the steel part is made from stainless steel with a thickness of 1.4 mm. Tile levelers can increase the speed of tile installation and reduce the fatigue/stress of the installer.
  • Easy To Operate - Tile Leveler are wear-resistant and reusable. And this new system doesn't require any tools unless you need to tighten very hard, and the special wrench is included. It is easy enough to fix or remove with the wrench to improve tile installation speed. Suitable for 5 mm to 20 mm thickness of the tile, but can be used with tiles up to 20 mm thickness.
  • Save Time - Prevent tiles from moving while curing. After using the tile leveler, the grinding and polishing time after using this tile leveler can be reduced. It is an excellent tool for floor / wall building construction settings which solves the problem of floor cracking and provides a flat ground.
  • Reusable & Easy To Use - When leveling, the steel needle is adjusted to a straight line to insert into the gap of the tile, rotates left and right to clean the surrounding cement, and the rotation is fixed to the bottom of the 2 tiles; Then use a T-wrench to turn the black cover so that the 2 tiles are on the same level. Wait 4-6 hours to get rid of tiles. When removing the steel needle, you can first press the needle down to reduce the frictional resistance between it and the tile.
  • Note - A great choice for floor / wall building construction settings! (Note: Do not fill up the cracks in the bricks with cement, otherwise, if the steel needle remove too late, the cement will dry and the steel needle cannot be pulled out.)

14-Day Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may ask for a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date. Your item(s) must be returned unused, in original condition.

Returns without prior approval from the Eleboat customer service team will not be accepted.

Returns or exchanges must occur within 14 days upon receipt.

Item(s) must be returned in original condition.

Please note that the tracking number must be given to us for processing returns or exchanges.

Any promotional gifts sent with your order must be returned with your order for a refund. The cost of any promotional items not returned will be deducted from the refund total.

We typically process returns within 3 to 5 business days upon arrival of your return package.

The refund will be issued to your original payment account.

Any return caused by the buyer, he (she) should be responsible for the shipping fee.

The shipping fee varies depending on your shipping option.


We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Special Notes:
The return shipping fee is non-refundable and should be paid by the buyer, excluding DOA cases or wrong shipment cases.

Eleboat typically resends the item to the buyer via standard shipping (with a tracking number).

If you want another faster shipping method, the extra charge should be at your expense.

Refund Process
