  • UPGRADE NON-CONTACT VOLTAGE TESTER: With NCV inductive probe for AC voltage; Just place the tip near a terminal strip, outlet, or supply cord. The live wire detector can automatically detect the live or neutral wire and do breakpoint test. Detects standard voltage of 12-1000V AC for more sensitive and flexible measurements.
  • SAFETY SOUND AND LIGHT ALARM: Equipped with dual alarm design, voltage beep alarm with light indicator. The frenquency of red light and beep alarm will be louder as the voltage is higher.

  • WIRE BREAKPOINT FINDER: Easily and safely to help you to find the break point on wire. Make the voltage tester pen go along with the wire or cable, when it moves to somwhere that tester's light is off while the buzzer is still continue, that is where the break point.
  • UTILITY VOLTAGER TESTER: Upgrade non-contact voltage test pen with more user friendly design. Equips with LED light on the tip, even in dark place, you can use it safely; auto off when there is no any operation detected in 5mins; compact size is more convenient to carry out; powered by 2*1.5V AAA battery(not included); button control is more convenient to use. 14-Day Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may ask for a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date. Your item(s) must be returned unused, in original condition.

Returns without prior approval from the Eleboat customer service team will not be accepted.

Returns or exchanges must occur within 14 days upon receipt.

Item(s) must be returned in original condition.

Please note that the tracking number must be given to us for processing returns or exchanges.

Any promotional gifts sent with your order must be returned with your order for a refund. The cost of any promotional items not returned will be deducted from the refund total.

We typically process returns within 3 to 5 business days upon arrival of your return package.

The refund will be issued to your original payment account.

Any return caused by the buyer, he (she) should be responsible for the shipping fee.

The shipping fee varies depending on your shipping option.


We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Special Notes:
The return shipping fee is non-refundable and should be paid by the buyer, excluding DOA cases or wrong shipment cases.

Eleboat typically resends the item to the buyer via standard shipping (with a tracking number).

If you want another faster shipping method, the extra charge should be at your expense.
