14-Day Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may ask for a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date. Your item(s) must be returned unused, in original condition.

Returns without prior approval from the Eleboat customer service team will not be accepted.

Returns or exchanges must occur within 14 days upon receipt.

Please note that the tracking number must be given to us for processing returns or exchanges.

Any promotional gifts sent with your order must be returned with your order for a refund. The cost of any promotional items not returned will be deducted from the refund total.

We typically process returns within 3 to 5 business days upon arrival of your return package.

The refund will be issued to your original payment account.

Any return caused by the buyer, he (she) should be responsible for the shipping fee.

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

The return shipping fee is non-refundable and should be paid by the buyer, excluding DOA cases or wrong shipment cases.

Eleboat typically resends the item to the buyer via standard shipping (with a tracking number).

If you want another faster shipping method, the extra charge should be at your expense.
